1. This competition is open to everyone residing in the Republic of South Africa, who is eighteen (18) years of age or older.
2. Participation in the competition constitutes the Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
3. The competition starts at 00h01 on the 1st of November 2007 and ends at 24h00 on the 31st of January 2008 (“the competition period”).
4. The prize winner(s) of the competition will be chosen by means of a lucky draw on 1st of February 2007 to take place at the Teracomm premises. The prize winner(s) will be notified via email.
5. To receive an entry in Teracomm’s Lucky Draw, the entrant must meet the following requirements:
- Entrants are required to update their client profile or create a new client profile in the Client Zone
- Entrants are required to submit the names of four different people known to them, with whom they exchange e-mails. Each Recipient must have a unique and active e-mail address. The form can be found here: Recommend Us
- An Entrant may make any number of submissions; however, each email address and recipient must be different for each field of the Recommend Us form
6. Entries not fulfilling the above conditions will be disqualified. No other forms of entry will be accepted. Only valid entries received before the end of the competition period will be eligible for the lucky draw.
7. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Teracomm will be final and binding in all aspects of the competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Teracomm, their directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, suppliers and contractors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from an entrant’s participation in the competition, or from Teracomm's termination of the competition or withdrawal or variation of the prize, or for any loss or damage, howsoever arising.
9. Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for any other prize.
10. By accepting the prize, you agree that the Teracomm will be entitled to publish the winner’s name and photographs in any advertising, promotional, print, point of sale or public relations material for a period of 12 (twelve) months from the date of the lucky draw, after having being announced as the winner(s) of this competition. The winner(s) also agree that models may be used to represent them in any publicity material by Teracomm.
12. For any reason whatsoever and at any time before the end of the competition period, Teracomm shall have the right to terminate the competition or withdraw or vary the nature of the prize, without notice thereof.
